On November 3rd 2006, Ray, Brain, Dar, and Jim packed their QRP equipment up to Hummel Park in Omaha, strung up some antennas and got on the air.

Lark In The Park (aka - 1 Day in July) 1DIJ
In July of each year the group leaves the pizza place right after lunch and travel about a mile east form the Ashland NE down town area and set up several QRP operating positions and we get on the air for as long as the old guys can stand the weather and make as many QRP contacts as we can
